Exotics Auto Pros — Terms & Conditions

1) Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern services provided by Exotics Auto Pros (“we,” “us,” “our”), including appointments, estimates, payments, and communications (including SMS/text messages).

2) Services
We provide automotive services and related support, which may include detailing, paint services, window tint, product sales, estimates, invoices, scheduling, and customer support.

3) Estimates & Authorizations
Prices may be estimates unless stated otherwise and can change based on vehicle size/condition, add-ons, or additional requested services. By booking, you authorize Exotics Auto Pros to perform the requested services. If additional work is recommended, we will attempt to obtain approval before proceeding.

4) Payments
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Declined or late payments may result in delays, cancellation of future appointments, or additional fees where permitted.

5) Customer Responsibilities
Please provide accurate contact and vehicle information. Remove valuables and personal items before service. Exotics Auto Pros is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

6) Cancellations / No-Shows
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit or impact future bookings, where permitted.

7) SMS/Text Messaging Terms
If you opt in to receive texts from Exotics Auto Pros, you may receive messages such as: quotes/estimates, appointment scheduling/confirmations/reminders, service updates, invoices/payment links, post-service follow-ups and review requests (and if you opted in, occasional promotions/loyalty offers). Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time (you may receive a final confirmation text). Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

8) Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider and network availability.

9) Age Consent (18+)
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS/text messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

10) Privacy
We handle your information according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. We use your information to deliver services and communications you request (including SMS if you opt in).

11) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exotics Auto Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services provided will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective when posted.
